What is a Gratitude Calendar

The Gratitude Calendar is a tool for gratitude practice. Our gratitude calendar includes:

Writing space for a brief daily journal (half a line)
Writing space for a monthly reflection (full line)
Writing space for end of year reflections (full page)
Occasional inspirational quotes about gratitude, creativity, and art
Soothing beach photography from the Oregon Coast

Perpetual Gratitude Calendar Features

This digital, print-at-home perpetual calendar is designed to be used year-to-year and even started midway through the year:

Lifetime use: print and re-print every year
Start your practice mid-year: just print what months you need
Print extras for travel or replacements
It does not have days of the week so the same page can be used from year to year
Februarys have a space for leap days with the next few leap years listed
Print format flexibility: book format or hanging wall calendar

Specifications - What's Included - How to Print

PDF designed to for US Letter size paper (8.5" x 11"), which is very close to A4. We include two PDFs in the download:

One version arranged for double-sided printing like a book
One version arranged for wall hanging, that is double-sided like so:
- Jan-Dec
- Feb-Nov
- Mar-Oct
- Apr-Sep
- May-Aug
- Jun-Jul

Here are some ways you can print and use it:

Print the book version as a regular single- or double-sided print:
- Staple together like a book
- 3-hole punch to keep pages together in a binder or folder
Print the wall version and punch two holes at the top (a medical file 2-hole punch is great for this). Knot a 15" string through the two holes for a wall calendar. (We recommend soft and slippery cotton butcher's twine)
If you prefer a smaller format, you can use printer settings to print two per page

Last Words

Out of an abundance of gratitude for our customers, fans, and followers, we first created a half-page annual gratitude calendar in 2025 as a holiday gift. We have found that keeping a gratitude practice has been helpful in our day-to-day life. It keeps us in the light during dark times.

We hope you love this practice, too and find it beneficial to your health. This calendar is meant to be tender, handmade, and heartfelt, and hopefully something that impacts positively all year long.
