Our Gratitude Calendar was inspired by our personal daily meditative practice, which has been proven beneficial for both physical and mental health.
It's simple: just find one thing to be grateful for each day and make a note of it. We explain it a little more inside, and share a lot more ideas in our blog post, Introduction to Gratitude Practice.
Our calendar has soothing beach and forest photos taken from our environment on the North Oregon Coast and quotes for inspiration. It's also entirely written and drawn by hand, bringing a little human touch of art to the everyday.
There's a little room for you to write a few words or a short phrase for each day, a reflection at the end of each month, and a page to reflect at the end of the year. How would you like to use that space?
