All of our shipments, domestic and international, include tracking numbers.
We try our very best to find the best discounted shipping rates and options.
When we can, we offer promotional shipping rates, such as free shipping, flat rates, and local pickup.
Promotional shipping rates use the most economical method available and do not have a guaranteed delivery date.
We offer several shipping carrier methods and options, including express options from the US Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express.
We also offer free local pick-ups to those who will be in our beautiful area of the North Oregon Coast.
Express shipping delivery day estimates begin from shipment date rather than from order date.
We want to meet your delivery deadline if possible. If you have a particular delivery deadline, please communicate it in the "Order Notes" during checkout (we read every note!).

We insuredelivery of all orders for loss or damage for the order value (up to $200 USD) using Shipsurance.
Delays and delivery dates are not insured except by certain express services.
Insurance claims have a mandatory waiting period from the ship-date: +20 days domestic, +40 days international.
Our international shipments do not include country import taxes and customs duties such as tariffs, VAT, or GST. Be aware that your country may charge you these taxes in order to pick up your package.
