The original bicycle frame handle launched by us on Kickstarter. The frame handle (a.k.a. “The Little Lifter”!) is a comfortable, stylish, sturdy, and easy-to-use leather handle for carrying your bicycle, whether it's up the stairs, across the tracks, or onto the metro.
Designed for commuters, this minimalist handle makes carrying your bike actually feel easier and lighter by lowering the center of gravity and using your normal muscle groups for lifting and holding your bicycle, same as lifting a grocery bag or carrying a briefcase.
Most riders pick up their bike by the top tube, which requires you to bend your elbow at an uncomfortable angle. This causes strain on your elbow and shoulder and makes carrying your bike any distance feel awkward.
Because it’s easier to lift a bike with the Frame Handle, you’re more in control when walking up stairs or in a crowded setting.
The Frame Handle has two adjustable buckles. One that wraps around the down-tube and one around the seat-tube. It can be mounted above the derailleur and below most water bottle cages.
The leather we purchase is USA-tanned leather from American steers in St. Louis, Missouri with hardware sourced from an Ohio leather company.

MATERIALS: Bridle leather, nickel-plated steel hardware
DIMENSIONS: The Frame Handle measures approximately 7.5” end-to-end, with the handle itself running approximately 5.5” long.
SIZES: The "Regular" size Frame Handle will fit most bikes. It fits tube circumferences approximately 3.75" - 6.5". "Large" belts are available upon request for larger bike tube diameters (such as mountain bikes). It fits tube circumferences approximately 4"-9.25". An easy test to determine if you need Large belts: can you touch, or almost touch, your fingers around the tubes of your bike? If yes the standard size will work great. If not, then please order the large from the drop-down menu above.
MONOGRAMMING: Yes! This item can be monogrammed with up to 4 characters. Please note that the monogram service can add up to 2 weeks to the turnaround time. Monogram font only available as shown below, in 1/2" size. Font is shown in the pictures of the various items above. Please note, we do not have numbers or special characters in our fontset like "&" although we can make a "*" or "+" or "." Please specify your monogram in the "Special Instructions" box during checkout.

We carry a small stock of most of our items and most color combinations, and can get most items into the mail within 1-3 business days. However, we still do make some of our items to order. Please note, hand-stitched items and monogrammed items generally take longer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We offer shipping options using the US Postal Service and FedEx. If USPS does not recognize your address for whatever reason, we will write to request an alternate address to prevent the item from being shipped and returned. If you would like a different shipping option, or have a particular delivery deadline, please call at 503-447-6889 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can talk about the options and costs.
IMPORTANT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT INFORMATION:
We offer shipping options using DHL International Express and International First Class Post. Using DHL will guarantee your delivery in 2-3 days with tracking information. Using the Post will save you money on shipping, but this service has no tracking information once it leaves the USA, and it can take anywhere from 1-7 weeks. Once it leaves the USA, it changes control to your country's postal service. There are often hang-ups in customs, usually about VAT and import tax collection, that can delay the package once it leaves the USA. In my experience, it has taken anywhere from 5 days to 3 months to arrive.
If you are worried about the timeframe of your package, please email us! We may recommend upgrading shipping or canceling the order if we cannot get it to you in time. Once the package has left the USA, we recommend you take the tracking number into your local post office to get tracking updates. If they don't have any information about it, and it's been over 6 weeks, then we'll call it a lost package and file an insurance claim to replace it.
Please note that we do not collect international import taxes or VAT taxes on your behalf - when your package arrives, your country may charge you additional taxes on the order. We cannot reimburse you for your country's import taxes. If you are concerned about the cost of these taxes, please check with your local country's customs office to find out how much they are - they could easily be as much as 20-30% of the purchase price. If this changes your mind on the order, please let us know and we'd be happy to cancel it for you and refund your money in full.

We take returns of undamaged items for any reason. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, let me know why, and I'll either work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, or you may return it and I'll provide a refund. I'm sorry, but we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom-designed or monogrammed products. So far, an exceptionally small number of items have come back, and I work hard to keep it that way.
